After two games, the Super Eagles have accumulated four points, putting them atop Group D.
Rwanda is in third place with two points, behind the Benin Republic Cheetahs who are in second place with three points.
According to Spittler, the Super Eagles will maintain their position as group leaders.
Germany’s national team coach has predicted that Nigeria will emerge victorious from their challenging group.
“We (Rwanda) will compete for second place, with Benin as our opponent.”
It wasn’t until 2004 that Rwanda returned to the AFCON finals.
