Posted by Zion, a 26-year-old competitor on Big Brother Naija’s “No Loose Guard,” claimed that his 30-year-old partner Chinwe wasn’t the kind of lady he was looking for.
He claims that the reason he is dating Chinwe is because of the advantages she offers him.
Zion told Fairme, another flatmate, in a chat on Thursday that even though Chinwe isn’t his spec, she treats him better than his specs had.
Zion: “Chinwe is a really mature woman. Being the eldest, she looks after her siblings. Her father has remarried and her mother is running late.
Usually, when I go out with girls, they never ask me what I do for a career or even realize that I fit in. I don’t think she prayed for me specifically; instead, she sent me a prayer point. She prays a great deal. These attributes all dey.
“She cooks great food, really good food, like she cooks a lot, when I visit her house.” I didn’t want to spend the night at the girl’s house, so she went to cook and made me stay the night. She would just prepare me everything I wanted; she even got a cook who would occasionally still come and clean.
“That’s just the general vibe, a pretty woman even though she’s not my typical spec; it’s just that the nyash is my typical spec.” My rationale is that I don’t have enough specs; they don’t do things like this.
Fairme: “Yes, it hits a different note. We advise women that character, appearance, and how you treat a man are not the only things that matter.
“How you treat a man matters,” said Zion.
“The millennials are more experienced in all of that,” said Fairme.
“All these Gen Z, I don dey with Gen Z nau,” said Zion.
“Some of them still get sense sha,” said Fairme.
Zion: “I don dey with Gen Z wey no get sense, but some Gen Z get sense.” Not that it makes sense, but she’s under more stress.
During their argument, Chinwe disclosed that she had “sponsored” Zion’s attendance at the performance.
