In addition, the applicant must sign a Pathways Participant Agreement and be able to work for at least 460 hours before completing the degree program.

The Selective Service System certification and registration requirements also apply to male applicants. For guys who were born after December 31, 1959, this is a necessity. Additionally, interns only apply for positions whose closing dates coincide with those of at least the previous two semesters.

NASA internships:

All students who are full-time students, have US citizenship, a 3.0 GPA, and are at least 16 years old are eligible to apply for NASA internships. The same applies to graduate and undergraduate students enrolling full-time in a degree program at any approved university.

Conversely, prospective instructors can benefit from this exceptional opportunity by applying for one of NASA’s paid internship programs. And finally, all prospective candidates need to speak English well.
