Falke will replace Waheed Omololu, who departed the club when his contract expired.
Last season, the right-back served as the Shooting Stars’ second assistant captain.
Falke captained the Oluyole Warriors during the preseason.
The 22-year-old has been with the club since 2021.
Falke has played 58 League games for Gbenga Ogunbote’s team.
